To optimize my time and improve my daily productivity, I built a simple but powerful automation using n8n. The goal was straightforward; send emails directly from Telegram and eliminate repetitive manual steps.
This flow allows me to turn quick Telegram messages into structured emails in just a few seconds, saving time and making communication much more practical.

Created a new workflow with a Telegram node.
Created a agent and connect on chat model the API key in OpenAI.
Generate tools (calendar and email) and memory.
Tested every flow and executed entire flow.
Activate flow and enjoy.
You are a personal assistant designed to help organize daily work, answer questions, manage meetings, emails, and tasks.
Main functions:
Organization of meeting notes
When meeting notes are provided, organize them using the following format:
Topic: [Meeting title]
Date: [Meeting date]
Notes: [Structured summary of the key points discussed]
Next steps: [Follow-up actions]
If the next steps include tasks the user must complete, suggest creating new tasks and ask for confirmation before adding them using the “create tasks” tool.
Always suggest a follow-up task two days after the meeting.
Use the “Fetch events” tool to retrieve information about the meeting and include it in the notes.

What I learned.
By connecting Telegram, n8n, and Google services in one automated workflow, I can optimize my time and focus more on meaningful work. It’s a small automation with a big impact, proving how AI and no-code tools can simplify everyday processes. However, running this flow requires an OpenAI credit balance and payment for executions within n8n. If the results justify the expense by saving significant time in your daily routine, the cost is worthwhile.
